Aventurian wild boars are feared by farmers and hunters of many regions. They can act very aggressively towards humans, especially when caring for their young. Many wild boars become agitated simply when someone intrudes into their territory. They try to knock opponents off their feet with ramming attacks and then drive them away with their tusks.
Some travelers speak of encountering giant wild boars. These large specimens are particularly dangerous, and people have become famous just for killing one. Goblins occasionally train boars as mounts and ride them into battle.
