Tent
“Sometimes a tent is the only thing that stands between you and the beasts of the jungle.”
-Silvario Dellamonte, Meridian Questador, 1034 FB
Most adventurers’ tents are stitched together from scraps of cloth, old woolen blankets, and pieces of leather. Only affluent heroes, or nomadic peoples who make tents, own tents made from only one material.
To followers of the Twelvegods, the camping tent is a gift from Aves that allows people to enjoy some of the comforts of home. Even the strictest adherents to the beliefs of Travia view tents as portable versions of their homes. Therefore, pleasing-unto-Travia adventurers must uphold the laws of their Church at their camp sites and in their tents and must treat traveling companions as they would in their own house.
Tents can be braced by trees or anchored to the ground. Sharpened stakes made from wood or steel assist in anchoring tents on softer ground.
